AREAS OF WORK
Design Systems
To create an efficient design system and library, I define goals, establish a design language, build a component library, and provide clear documentation for developers. This ensures consistency and streamlines UI development across multiple projects.
Facilitating workshops
When facilitating workshops, I define the purpose, plan a detailed agenda with materials, engage participants, manage the process, and collect feedback. This ensures a collaborative and productive experience for all stakeholders.
User research
To gather insights on user preferences and behavior, I use various UX research methods such as interviews, surveys, testing, and card sorting. Combining these methods ensures a user-centered product that meets their needs.
Prototyping
As a designer, I create prototypes ranging from low to high fidelity, incorporating elements such as illustrations, logos, and other branding components. This approach allows me to iterate quickly and efficiently, testing and refining design concepts until they are polished and ready for development. It also ensures that the final product is cohesive and aligned with the client's branding and visual identity.
User testing
When conducting A/B testing and user interviews, I first plan the tests and interviews, develop prototypes and scripts, and recruit participants. I then conduct the tests and interviews, analyze the data, and document the findings in a clear and concise manner. This allows me to effectively communicate key insights and recommendations to the project team and stakeholders, informing design decisions based on data-driven insights
Gathering business requirements
To create effective UX and technical documentation, I use a clear structure and concise language, test and revise the documentation, and gather stakeholder feedback to ensure it meets business requirements.
